Our Services

Mental Health Counseling (CBT & ACT)

Our counseling services are designed to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. We primarily utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). CBT helps clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, while ACT focuses on building psychological flexibility, values-based living, and learning how to respond differently to difficult emotions. Counseling is tailored to each person’s goals and can support both short-term symptom relief and long-term personal growth.

Comprehensive Psychological/ Neuropsychological Testing

Our comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations provide in-depth assessment for a wide range of emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and neurodevelopmental concerns. Testing may be used to clarify diagnoses, guide treatment planning, support school or workplace accommodations, and better understand an individual’s strengths and challenges. Depending on the referral question, evaluations may include cognitive testing (such as WAIS or WISC), broad memory assessment (WMS-IV), personality testing (such as MMPI or Rorschach), behavioral assessment tools (such as ADOS-2 or BASC), and EEG-based measures. We assess conditions across the spectrum of DSM-5 diagnoses when clinically appropriate and provide detailed feedback to empower individuals with recommendations that are uniquely tailored to their situations.

Biofeedback Training

Biofeedback is a non-invasive training approach that helps individuals learn to regulate physiological processes that are often linked to stress and emotional functioning. Using real-time feedback from the body, clients can strengthen skills related to relaxation, breathing, heart rate regulation, and stress response management. Biofeedback is commonly used for anxiety, tension, headaches, stress-related symptoms, and performance enhancement.

IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback

IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback is a gentle, low-intensity form of neurofeedback that uses microcurrent stimulation to support the brain’s natural ability to self-correct and regulate. Sessions are brief and designed to encourage more efficient brain functioning. Many individuals seek IASIS support for anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, mood regulation, sleep issues, stress, and overall nervous system balance.

Group Therapy

We periodically offer group therapy opportunities based on community needs and provider availability. Groups may focus on areas such as anxiety management, social skills, parenting support, emotional wellness, or psychoeducation. Group therapy can be a valuable way to gain support, learn practical skills, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Availability varies throughout the year.

Behavioral Health Consultation

Behavioral Health Consultation is a focused, solution-oriented service for individuals seeking practical strategies for specific concerns. These appointments are typically shorter in duration and less frequent than traditional therapy, making them ideal for targeted issues such as stress management, parenting concerns, habit change, motivation, emotional regulation, sleep struggles, or situational anxiety. The emphasis is on actionable tools, education, and interventions that clients can begin using right away.

Clinical Diagnostic Assessment

A Clinical Diagnostic Assessment is a more streamlined evaluation designed to target specific diagnostic questions. This service is helpful when there is a focused need to rule in or rule out a particular condition, clarify symptoms, or determine the most appropriate next steps for care. These assessments are more concise than comprehensive testing while still providing professional diagnostic insight and recommendations.

Neurofeedback Training

Neurofeedback is a form of brain-based training that helps individuals improve self-regulation and brain functioning through real-time feedback on brainwave activity. This non-invasive approach may support concerns related to attention, anxiety, emotional regulation, sleep, cognitive performance, and stress resilience. Sessions are personalized based on presenting concerns and progress over time.

Brain Gauge

Brain Gauge is an innovative assessment and training tool that measures aspects of brain and nervous system performance such as attention, timing, sensory processing, focus, and cognitive efficiency. It can provide helpful data about neurological functioning while also offering exercises designed to strengthen specific skills. Brain Gauge may be used as a standalone tool or as part of a broader treatment plan.
